  • Installed the GTA Car Kit iPod adapter in my 2006 Toyota Tacoma with OEM JBL radio/CD changer. The installation went very smooth thanks to the GTA video. The unit functions as advertised and the installation is clean with everything tucked away and hidden in the console.

I was surprised at how easy the install went, everything was plug and play. I really like the ability to control everything from the steering wheel controls and it is great that the GTA kit charges my iPod while it is connected. This is a great product.

The quick shipping was a plus also. I ordered my kit on a Sunday and I had it in my hands that following Thursday.

  • JUST INSTALLED THE KIT AFTER WATCHING THE YOU-TUBE VIDEO. I ALSO ORDERED THE TOOL KIT TO REMOVE THE DASH TRIM WHICH MADE THE JOB VERY SIMPLE(IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR). THE SOUND AND OPERATION ARE BOTH GREAT WITH EVERYTHING WORKING THROUGH THE RADIO CONTROLS. I AM USING MY I-PHONE 5 WITH AN APPLE ADAPTER. A GREAT PRODUCT.

  • Nice easy kit fit into my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. The video from GTA was a great help and everything went smoothly on install. I’m happy to report that this works extremely well. The only thing that would be better is if it had the iPhone 5 and higher pin adapter. I had to spend almost $40 on an adapter. Otherwise, this beat all expectation and anyone with an older vehicle should buy one. Larry – Calgary

  • I have a 2005 Mazda 3 SP23. You only really need 2 skills to install this device
    1. The ability to watch and listen carefully to youtube videos
    2. Know how to use a screwdriver

It was ridiculous how easy it was to install the GTACarKit and it worked. I am so happy that I chose this product. Thank you guys so much for the awesome product, the cheap price tag that comes with the product and for the instructional video.

I will be recommending this product to anyone who has ears and a car.

  • Thank you for this. I compared several other options before buying this but the video is what sold me. Great ideal! Great product! Thank you so much for the video. Made it easy for people like myself.

  • I Just installed my kit right now, and I was nervous doing it at night but it was very easy and took me like 30 minutes. I was unsure HOW I was supposed to run it under the plastic center console because, this vid didnt actually show us the procedure, but I just put the kit in a left pocket behind the stereo and just ran the cords( ipod and aux cords) through the center console opening. I wasnt sure if the kit was actually supposed to go in and behind the stereo to the left, but thats what I did and it fit and works nicely. 🙂 Now I can have aux capability! What a simple but essential feature that every car should have! :T

  • This video saved me so much time, and money, as did the car kit itself. Everything works great! Only issue I noticed was the iPod cord came out when I was trying to put the cubby back in, and tested my iPod again. I took the cubby back out (good thing I didn’t screw anything back in and thought to test it one more time) and taped the cord to the kit in a criss-cross style to hold it in place (I used electrical tape), I bought the Bluetooth Extension too, but didn’t feel like putting it on yet (since it was so easy to do all of this, I don’t mind having to do it over again if/when I do feel like putting the Bluetooth in). I think altogether this took me, maybe, 30 mins to do from start to finish. I drilled the hole for the cords in the cubby on the bottom back left hand side, since I put the car kit on that side at a 45* angle.

Overall, I’m really please with the quality of the product and the tutorial. The whole thing is awesome. 😀

Oh, for reference, I’ve never done anything like this or remotely similar. I usually just add washer fluid, fill the tires, and change the wiper blades, so I have no experience with this whatsoever. That being said, getting everything set up was incredibly easy and it sounds great. Thanks so much!!

  • Hi guys!
I just installed my Gta Car Kit inside my 2008 Mazda 6 about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely LOVE IT.
Works exactly as advertised and the installation was a piece of cake. This coming from someone who has never done a single mod or installation inside a vehicle before and even I did it following these simple instructions in less than an hour. Other than finding a place to run the wire through? It was completely simple and straight forward if you follow the steps carefully. Put it this way. I didn’t even have the 10 millimeter socket wrench I went to autozone and installed it in front of the store in 40 minutes. Sound quality is great and works fantastic. Definitely reccomend to anyone that doesn’t wanna pay 400 dollars for someone else to do the same job 🙂
