    "You guys are the greatest! Your customer service rep helped me understand how I was going to do the install via several emails. By the way, I'm a woman who wanted this for my older Honda Accord.

    I got several emails, decided to purchase the GTA kit and found that GTA now had a YouTbe on how to install the kit in MY model. What more could I ask for! The instruction were great. My only problems were unrelated to the video: a frozen screw that would not release even with WD20 and many tries. A pocket piece that I could not get back in correctly, until other eyes solved that problem.
