    2013 BMW X5. I love the product and it works fully as advertised. I am so happy with it that I’m buying another unit for a 2017 Mercedes. The installation video is excellent and gave a clear step by step on how to do it. Sound is great, screen quality better than BMW resolution, and all original functions work. I’m not able to use the built-in car mic although the one that comes with the kit works just fine and was able to run it to the headliner into the original mic slot. I recommend buying the tools if you don’t already have them. Great product at a good price and I recommend.
