This is an awe some kit. Easy to install following the video. Had a little problem after I installed the kit! The sound was not coming through the car speaker’s because I forget to connect the two 3.5mm AUX cables after I connected them it works very nice. Great kit and good customer service.

I have a 2018 Nissan Pathifinder and I always wanted to upgrade my radio and did not know how. I came across this kit while searching the internet. I order it and install and I am so happy with the device. I was having issues with not getting audio and they were quick to reply the next day, however I did figure it out prior to the reply.
Great customer service and now my vehicle is updated with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and I love it

I recently purchased a CarPlay add-on module for my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder from GTA Car Kits, and I couldn’t be happier with the product and their exceptional customer service.
Product Review:
The CarPlay module seamlessly integrates with my car, adding modern functionality without compromising any of the original features like the 3D camera. It truly revitalized my outdated car technology, and everything works perfectly as expected. The installation was straightforward, and the quality is top-notch.
Customer Service:
The team at GTA Car Kits provided superior service from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive to my emails and phone calls, addressing all my questions promptly. When I encountered an issue, they invited me to their workplace and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction.
Overall, I highly recommend GTA Car Kits for anyone looking to upgrade their car’s technology without sacrificing original features. The product and customer service exceeded my expectations.

My husband bought this for me for Christmas, I have a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder, we just installed it and I can’t believe it actually works!!!!! We followed the video instructions step by step and I am still in disbelief that we did it in 1 attempt LOL. Initially the sound wasn’t working but it wasn’t due to a wire connection issue, I was able to trouble shoot and had to turn off the bluetooth connection for audio in the home settings and the sound came on through the aux. There’s no lag in the touchscreen, all my controls, & back up camera works. I definitely recommend this kit, it was worth it!!

Works perfectly. Be very careful with the ribbon cables, making sure they are seated properly. After I got that figured out, the Android Auto/Apple Car Play is just as good as any aftermarket radio replacement I do in my stereo shop.

Had a little problem with my kit with the SV cable or the circuitboard something not working right to give me like a green screen, but customer service work with me was able to get me a functioning kit on the second go after that it was simply plug-in play everything works as intended Unfortunately I guess I got one that was bugged, but they they quickly corrected that after I was talking back-and-forth through email person was real nice and understanding. I gave it four stars not five only because I got a faulty kit the first time around.

I got this kit for my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder about 6 months ago. When I first hooked it up I wasn’t sure if i should hook up the 3.5mm audio plug. I hooked it up and the sound was working great until I made a call using the bluetooth. I could hear fine but the people I was talking to said it was hard to hear and sound gargled. I don’t use it a lot so I lived with it for a few months because I liked the rest of the features. Then one day I was thinking I should try unplugging the 3.5mm audio cable. I did and then I couldn’t get any sound at first. In the settings I found the switches that toggle the using the factory microphone and the factory bluetooth audio(or something like that, I don’t have my car with me today so I can’t get the exact wording). Anyway, I turned them off and on a couple of times and then also disabled the bluetooth on my apple phone and re-parred it. After a few trys it suddenly started working. Before I started this process I had 2 bluetooth settings on my phone. The pathfinder and carplay. It seems that they were conflicting with each other. Now I only have the pathfinder showing as connected. Now everything is working wirelessly and the sound is great. Also, the people can hear me good now when I am on the phone through the system. Love it now!
There is only one minor issue. The temperature will not display accurately in Fahrenheit. It shows half the actual temperature. So, 70° shows 35°. I emailed tech support and they tell me they are working on a update to fix this known issue. That was about 6 months ago. I just emailed them again and they said they will send me am update soon. I don’t know when that will be, but I am hopeful someday it will get fixed.
Overall, I am happy with the system.

I installed this kit last week and have been using it daily ever since. I’m thrilled to have CarPlay on what was essentially previously wasted screen space.
Initially, I encountered an issue when the kit kept rebooting. When I emailed them about it, and they sent me an update file and since then, it’s been functioning flawlessly.
I’m particularly pleased that the screen still displays the temperature and fan speed changes when CarPlay is active. Even if (as I was told in email) the feature is beta and not usually enabled by default. But when I asked them about the temperature displaying half of what it was actually set at they guided me through the process of accessing the factory settings, and I was able to fix the issue by switching the temperature display from °F to °C and back.
Many of the other sites I had browsed just told me things like “We do not recommend replacing the radio in this vehicle”, so I’m glad that I came across this kit that didn’t actually require replacing the factory stereo and indeed integrate with it. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. It has definitely breathed new life into my Pathfinder.
