Our Apple CarPlay/AndroidAuto integration kit will give you the ability to add on functions for Apple CarPlay and Android auto to your BMW existing entertainment system. To control and switch the apps within Carplay is integrated with your vehicle’s iDrive controls, or with your voice thanks to Siri/Google Assistant. You will not lose any functions from your original system, the integration kit will work as an added function.     2014 BMW M6: This kit worked exactly as described and the installation video is what sold me before I purchased it. I had a couple of questions and the GTA team responded within a day each time. During removal, make sure you don’t drop a screw where you can’t retrieve it. Take your time and watch the video during the installation process. Each time I start my car, it automatically starts CarPlay and the cameras turn on during reverse. It is an easy transition between BMW radio and CarPlay by holding the back button for a couple of seconds. THANK YOU GTA!

    2016 BMW 640i convertible owner. This GTA car kit is the “Real Deal!” I installed it while I watched the video. Straight forward and simple as can be. Works perfectly. Initially, I did not have any sound so I rechecked my wiring harness and found that I did not fully push in one of the clips. Works exactly as promised. Very happy. Total time to install while watching the video was about one hour. Kit arrived about 5 days after I ordered it. Two thumbs up on this product. I would definitely recommend this product.
