Great customer service. You don't know how good service is until you've got a problem. This was my case. It wasn't a problem with GTA, it was a problem with my installation. Over several emails, with pictures, and videos I sent in, GTA identified my issue, directed me on how to address, and I was able to fix it. Their product works as described. Their service is even better.

2014 BMW M6: This kit worked exactly as described and the installation video is what sold me before I purchased it. I had a couple of questions and the GTA team responded within a day each time. During removal, make sure you don't drop a screw where you can't retrieve it. Take your time and watch the video during the installation process. Each time I start my car, it automatically starts CarPlay and the cameras turn on during reverse. It is an easy transition between BMW radio and CarPlay by holding the back button for a couple of seconds. THANK YOU GTA!

Installed the kit in my 2013 911S Cabriolet. My car had an added 'wrinkle' because there was another company's aftermarket rear view camera kit already installed. That kit, including an extra board inside the head unit and a separate controller underneath the dash, had to come out before I could install the GTA Carkit. I got solid tech support from GTA, via email and on the phone, and the old camera now works with the new GTA Carkit. I had two challenges to my install, aside from ripping out the other company's stuff. First, putting the head unit back into the dash after installing the new cables and connectors was difficult. I needed my wife's help, and her small hands, to keep everything pushed to the back while inserting the unit. It took several tries, but everything is in and works as advertised. The second challenge was that I didn't know the Burmester system in my car uses fiber optic audio. The first time I fired the unit up, everything appeared to work, but there was no sound. GTA solved that for me and pointed me to another video showing me what to do. That 'fix' was easy and everything is working great. As an added bonus, the directional lines in my rear view camera bend now. They didn't with the other company's kit. It took some time and effort, but I'm very satisfied with the result.

Installed unit in a 2017 F Type bosch unit. As advertised, easy integration, added backup camera as well. Fast and informative customer support.

Very easy to install and works wonderfully! The hardest part for me was routing the wires so the head unit will go back on. It is a very tight fit but doable with some patience. 2016 Audi S6

Ordered this product for my 2014 GL350. Perfect plug and play. Very easy to install if you follow the video installation instructions they provide. Had some very minor issues with set up some of my old audio settings, but the team at GTA were extremely responsive and helpful in resolving the the reprogramming issues which fixed things immediately. Overall great product and excellent customer support!

I followed the YouTube video and the installation went well. Tucking the wiring behind and below the radio was a little challenging but with a little patience it got done. I needed to use the tech support to get connected to Sirius XM radio. They responded quickly and the fix went perfectly. I really enjoy my 2014 E350 and adding the Android auto play means I will enjoy my car for many more years.
This product is excellent.

I had been looking for a way to add android auto, etc. to our 2015 GLK and ran across GTAcarkits. Their explanations and videos on the site were well done and persuasive. After buying the kit I had a few problems installing it correctly (some my fault and some "the car's" fault (late model year version). However, their tech support was wonderful, and they coached me through solutions that worked. Happy to say with it installed and having used it for a few days, it is everything I wanted.
