Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a GTA Car Kits product, you can receive a full refund within 60 days from the day of purchase.

Send an email to info@gtacarkits.com with your request to start the return process. Once we receive and accept your request, follow the instructions below to ship your GTA Car Kit back to us.

Important: For returns from the USA use USPS service only. Not following these instructions may result in your return being rejected at delivery. You would be responsible for postage fees.

Your refund will be issued within 1 week after the return is received. To receive a full refund the product must be free of visual imperfections and include all original cables and packaging.

Note: When returning a product, include a note with your car model and year and the reason for return with as much detail as possible.

To avoid duties on returned items, follow these steps.

Step 1. Ship via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority International. Do not use UPS or FedEx. Typical shipping cost is $10 to $50 USD.

Step 2. Declare the package value as $40 USD.

Step 3. Ask the postal worker to mark the shipment as a RETURN.

Step 1. Ship via Canada Post Regular Parcel. Typical shipping cost is up to $10 CAD.
