  • “I literally drove out to Vaughan to pick up my GTA Car Kit right after registering my 2005 RX-8 at the MTO.

I installed it myself in about 30min. The kit works perfectly.

This video was extremely helpful. He’s not joking when he says be careful not to drop the bolt in the back. Dropped mine while putting the radio back together and I’m pretty sure it vanished into a blackhole inside my dash. Put it back together without and it seems secure.

I would recommend this to anybody with this car.”

  • “I found GTA Car Kit from various forums stumbled upon on Google. I was looking for an ideal solution for playing and controlling my music through my car stereo and GTA Car Kits was brought up several times.

For the longest time, I had been using a combination of iPhone charging cords and auxiliary cables. I had gone through three auxiliary cables in the past year (they kept breaking) and eventually the frustration of getting new ones urged me to research on other possible solutions. I had considered FM transmitters, but was concerned about how well it would work in the city.

I couldn’t wait for shipping, so I picked it up directly from GTA Car Kits office in Vaughan.

The whole process took me an hour but only because the bolts on my car were screwed on very tightly and I had to hold the socket wrench in a very awkward position. Hooking up the kit itself only took all of 5 minutes. If I didn’t count the time it took me to loosen the bolts, I’d say dismantling the dash, hooking up the kit and reinstalling the dash panels took me 15 minutes. I’m a total car noob (I only just learnt how to change my wiper fluid!) so installing the kit was such an achievement. The installation video helped a lot and gave me an idea of what to expect.

I am currently using the car kit with an iPhone 4 and 5. Most of the Car Kit’s cable is hidden in the space behind and below the car radio, and comes out from the panel in the storage space below the AC controls (see attached pic).

I really like being able to control my music through my car controls. Also, the cord seems to be of good quality. Doubt it’d be wearing off on me any time soon.

Amazing price for an excellent product and is very highly recommended!”

  • “Installed the kit in a 2003 Honda Civic. Took about 1 week to receive the kit from the time we paid for it.

Viewed this video a couple of times with my son so we would be familiar with the process. Took about 1 hour to complete the installation and we drilled a hole in the back of the storage compartment for the iPOD cable. iPOD functionality is somewhat limited but it still works great & maintains the look & integrity of the stock dashboard.

Using iPHONE 4, iPOD touch & iPOD Classic. All work.”

  • Found your through Google Search. Before that I inquired about several devices, but GTA offered the clearest explanation of their device. The deal-clincher was the installation video.

Both of my orders were filled much sooner than I expected. They arrived in days with your standard shipping.

Installations in both my 2004 Toyota 4Runner and my 2007 Toyota Sequoia were very simple. The 4Runner required a little more time for radio removal, but the entire installation took me less than 30 minutes. The Sequoia was the second one I did and took about 15 minutes, start to finish. Neither one required anything additional or any new tools.

I used the iPod cable with both the 4Runner and Sequoia. It worked my iPod Touch 4G perfectly. Sound was great and being able to change tracks with the radio controls was a major convenience. The Sequoia has factory steering wheel controls and they work perfectly with the GTA, without any additional installation or parts.

I really like the fact that kit works! Plus, ease of installation and great sound.

Great value, and I would definitely recommend it. Not often do I get something that works as advertised. The GTA kit does.

    • “I heard about GTA Car Kits from a friend. Before that I did not look or consider other Ipod integration systems.

      The shipping was very quick..

The installation was real easy, simple to follow instructions took about 5mins and the video was a great help.

I use either an Ipod or a smart phone and i have the cables just in the glove box.

The best feature is being able to switch between devices easy and changing through playlist is pretty nice.

I would recommend this to a friend, and it was a good value.”

  • “My 6 disc changer in my Honda Odyssey recently broke. A replacement was quoted at $700. I got my GTA kit last week and installed it in about an hour. It’s great! We used it for a 5 hour car ride this weekend. So much better than searching for radio stations!

    Thanks for a great product!”

  • “Oh my, you folks rock. Seriously, grateful that it only cost me 99$ USD to hook my Iphone 4s up to my 2004 Prius.

I called last week, someone answered my questions, then I ordered the kit. Item arrived this week and I just finished installing it.by myself. Well, actually, kept playing your tutorial video over and over on my mini. The video is spot on and I only lost one screw which says a lot since I am not the best with tools.

Hello to road trips with an endless soundtrack.

    Thank you”

  • ” DUDE..I was going crazy calling Mazda to get a darn AUX cord put into my 06 Mazda3. Apparently I couldn’t buy the control unit unless it was already put in the car back in ’06. THAT WAS BALONY. My next option was buying a stereo at Best Buy which they told me it would cost me $200-$300 just for a special car stereo installation kit (plastic frame) because my three analog stereo was special and it was also attached to heat/air vents. No no no, I am not paying $500 for a new radio frame JUST FOR an AUX cord, you crazy kid.

THEN YOU ARRIVED. First off I got a personal email from one of your guys named Maurizio who was super kind and nice, confirming that my package was shipped and and how he’s expediting my package to me (didnt ask for more money) and it should come in 3-5 to five days. Well I got it at 9am on the third morning on the North East US.

FRESH. Finally, I’ve never heard such clear and crisp sound from my phone using your cords instead of that stupid FM Transmitter from Ebay that kills all my FM stations. I simply plugged and played this kit to the back of my stereo (guess what Mazda – I can put a AUX control kit in) and ran the wire down the side of the cabin and now I got a sleek looking cord chillen. At last I can hear some crisp good Bass knocking House Music.

Thanks a lot guys, you did good work with the Kit and I promise you you’l get some more buyers from me.”

  • “Found you through YouTube videos. The shipping was fast enough.

The installation was relatively straightforward. I think I may have spent somewhere in the neighborhood of 45 minutes doing it. I already have a lot of tools for working on electronics so I didn’t have to buy anything. The video was VERY helpful.

I am using an iPhone 5 with an Apple Thunderbolt to 30-pin adapter. I ran the cables down to the bin below the cup holders.

I really like the fact that I can keep the perfectly good factory stereo I (and the rest of my family) am used to, and the hybrid mode that lets me control from the stereo or from my phone.

I didn’t want to lose my 6-disc CD-changer or the ability to control media from my steering wheel, so in my case this was a better option. Plus, in my opinion, it is easier to install than a new head unit. And, I already have recommended this to several friends 🙂

    Thanks guys”
