  • “I just installed my GTA car kit on my 2006 Toyota Solara Convertable.

I was very leary ahout trying to remove the vent portion of my dash because it was in the sun for the last 6 years and I didn’t want to crack it. I found a way to get to the back of the radio without removing that piece. Once you remove the bottom section around the gear shift and the box under the radio, you can reach your hand up and feel the back of the radio and the harness plugs right in. I have big hands and although it was a bit of a struggle it beat trying to remove the vents on my dash. It took the longest to connect the harness, maybe about 5 minutes but it was worth it not having to remove the radio or vents at all. Just a suggestion it works great!!!
    I love it.

    Thanks”

  • “Found you through Google search. Your website was informative and well made.

I considered several different kits. I chose the GTA Cat Kit because ALL of the other kits would have required me to purchase separate parts and assemble it all myself. I also liked the interface that your kit uses on my stereo’s screen. That and the fact that your kit was the best value — To buy the parts I would have needed to get both an aux port and an ipod port (that allows me to operate and charge the ipod) I would have needed to spend about $50 more, at least.

The installation took me about twenty minutes start to finish. I used a real thin flat blade screw driver to pop the paneling off. The panel tool is the only thing I didn’t have, but it isn’t hard to use a screwdriver to do the same thing if you are careful. The videos were incredibly helpful. Its not hard to take all the stuff off, but I wouldn’t have guessed where some of the screws were to do so.

I use an old ipod video currently and my Droid X cellphone. The other driver whose car I installed a kit in uses an iPhone and an iPod classic. On the 2006 Camry, I ran the cables up through the flat tray spot to the left of the shifter.

From shipping, to installation, to satisfaction, to customer service — I’ve been completely satisfied. Would and have recommended your kit to people who want to install ipod or aux ports.

Great value. Great product. A ! I highly recommend it.”

  • “I followed every step in this video & my iPhone works perfectly with my 2006 Honda Pilot. Took me about an hour, like you said. Thank you!!! I love it!!! :-)”

  • “I was asking at the Honda dealership if I could still buy a kit for my iPhone and they replied that the Honda adaptor/ kit didn’t work very good. I google “Honda Odyssey and iPhone” your web site was the first hit.
I tried an FM Modulator and it had horrible quality sound. I rarely used it.

Shipping was extremely fast. I ordered on Sunday night around 10:30 PM. It was at the house on Wednesday. Unbelievable!!

The installation was very easy. It took about 20 minutes. No special tools needed. I reviewed your You Tube video prior to starting installation. It was very easy to do. I use the kit for iPhone 4S. Used the cables to the storage compartment under the radio.

I love the fact that it charges my iPhone as I listen to music. Also being able to change playlists on the steering wheel is incredible. I think it is a remarkable product. works as advertised. My wife didn’t think this was a necessary purchase but after our first interstate trip she was already convinced. Kids love listening to their music via the GTA Car Kit in the back via the rear entertainment system.

I feel like GTA Car Kit is a great value. I would recommend to all my friends.”

  • “Just want to say thanks to the boys of GTA car kits, they did a great job in my 2003 Acura tl and used my car on the how to do it yourself, and made a you tube video on the installation.
The sound is crisp and clear, and using the control from the stearing wheel and charging my phone at the same time is great.
    Thanks GTA!”

  • You guys are the greatest! Your customer service rep helped me understand how I was going to do the install via several emails. By the way, I’m a woman who wanted this for my older Honda Accord.

I got several emails, decided to purchase the GTA kit and found that GTA now had a YouTbe on how to install the kit in MY model. What more could I ask for! The instruction were great. My only problems were unrelated to the video: a frozen screw that would not release even with WD20 and many tries. A pocket piece that I could not get back in correctly, until other eyes solved that problem.

The kit works great on my old model. GTS Kits is a great company that wants its customers to succeed. Thank you!!!!!

  • Thanks you Gta carkit, just got my kit. As a owner of a 04 tsx there is not many options to aftermarket stereo and this kit is the easiest way to play my music through my phone.

It works very good with the auxiliary cable with my android phone. I don’t have a apple product so I can’t test the other connection but I’m sure it work also.

To all tsx 04-08 owner with dim radio light or non working CD player n changer, this kit will still work perfect. No more FM transmitter for me. Get this kit.

  • “Just thought I’d email you to say thanks for the first rate product and service you provided me.

I have a 2005 Toyota Highlander (Kluger) in Australia. The kit preforms flawlessly, your international shipping to Australia was fast and secure and the problems I encountered were addressed and rectified quickly, not much more you could ask for. Highly recommended.

    Thanks, Ben”

  • “Hey Guys,

I just wanted to thank you for the awesome job you did with this iPod/iPhone kit for Lexus Gs. I have been debating whether to get one or not (other brands), but I finally found the one I like at the price you can’t beat anywhere else. I am the type if a person who shops around and reads reviews on things for weeks before buying something. I did my homework on Car Kits for Lexus. This car kit works amazingly and I cannot believe that the sound quality is as if you were listening to a CD or better (no joke).

    Your satisfied customer”
