I am not one to take manufacturers much to their claims, so I do a lot of research, ask a lot of questions and study those claims before pulling the trigger on any major purchase. I am an older consumer so $500 to me is a major purchase. I spoke with Vitaly at GTA on several occasions before purchasing the kit for my 2017 Mercedes S550. He was very forthcoming on details, answering all my questions and giving me lots of advice on installation. I decided to go forward when GTA guaranteed the system will work with my COMAND system in my car. And while I have been able to do a lot of work on my cars in the past, I am getting older and just did not want to crawl from front to back to do all the work, and therefore hired an independent installer to do the work.
He looked at the kit, which he said was very well designed, found everything he needed and confirmed the installation should go easily. I gave him a copy of the installation video which he watched and it took him a little more than an hour and fifteen minutes to install....he did have one glitch, called GTA and they answered his question quickly and the installation was done.
The system works just as they advertised. The car is not set up as the newer cars with touch screen, but all the CarPlay options seem to be in place to use with the console controls. The maps are great and system seems to be very reliable. Have had it in my car for almost two months and the maps are a thousand times better than the old COMAND system maps available from Mercedes....and no upgrade charge every year.

I have researched all types of ways to add Bluetooth to my Prius. This was the most economical choice, as replacing the stereo would have been 3x this price. The install was easy. Set up was flawless. The sound quality is exactly as my stock system sounds. I am honestly impressed with this set up. Thanks for a quality product with a solid price tag!

I have an 07 si it has its small issues sometimes connecting but i like it overall i would recommend it if you are not switching out your stereo

I purchased the GTA Car Kit for a 2015 Porche Cayenne S a couple of months ago. I have the latest version that supports wireless for both Android Auto and Carplay. I have to say that the GTA team is fantastic to work with. During my installation, I accidentally broke a small plastic clip that holds the video cable in place on the back of the PCM, thus when this broke it rendered the PCM useless. The GTA team had some of these clips and sent them to me and all went well from there. That in my opinion is great customer service. The cost of a new PCM is $6-$7k, so i was so pleased they had these clips. Since getting the unit installed, it has been working flawlessly and I am very pleased with this product and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Great Job and Thank you Vitaliy and Maurizio.

The pure Bluetooth interface wasn’t extremely hard to install, took about 30 min for the full install including making the hole in the compartment, the sound quality is perfect and the phone calls sound incredibly good! Totally worth the price! My only complaint is not having purchased sooner!

I've had mine for over a year and it still goes strong. I was originally turned off from this because there were many online for $50. After buying and installing the cheap ones, I found that they did not work, worked for a day or two, or looked poorly made. I bit the bullet and got this one and haven't ever looked back. Everything is easy to setup and use. I can also speak to the longevity of the unit since its been in use for some time.

Only minor thing is during start up it’s trying to connect so it pauses and plays for the first 30 seoconds. Other minor thing is when my friends connect to Bluetooth and they get out, the Bluetooth tries to connect to them again so I’ll have to disconnect and reconnect so it stops beeping. Other than that I am happy with the gta car kit for my tundra.

This is 10 year review of owning this product on 2006 Acura MDX. After 10 years of working great and providing crystal clear audio, it stopped working. I contacted GTA support and followed their suggestions in troubleshooting. The problem was with 30pin to lightning adapter. The apple adapter I had went bad after 10 years. However the GTA kit works great still after 10 years! I highly recommend this kit to anyone who wants great audio at fraction of cost of replacing it to the latest apple carplay radio. You just need to source 30 pin to lightning adapter if you have latest apple iPhone

Just wanted to let you know I got my Pure Bluetooth kit for my 2007 Honda Odyssey. I got it installed in less than two hours with your guys great videos and it sounds 200x better than with a 12v Bluetooth adapter! Plus we can use the Bluetooth for calls on top of it!
