  • Just installed the Wireless CarPlay module for my wife’s 2019 Mercedes GLC 300. The instructional video on the GTACarKits site is awesome and made it simple for me to the installation myself. The module is unbelievable — now it’s like factory-installed CarPlay. My wife can’t believe it! The GTACarKits staff are fantastic and even responded to me on a Sunday when I had a question. Thanks Vitaliy!!

  • I just installed my GTA car kit (pure bluetooth) into my 2002 Toyota Sequoia. Maybe 30 minutes at most. All I needed was a Phillips head screwdriver and a 10MM socket. I hid everything behind the dash, did not bother to use the USB charger or the AUX Jack…not needed in my installation. This could not have been easier. Works perfectly. What a great product!!!

  • I work for a large heavy civil construction company that put one of these in my 2018 F150. I liked it enough that I immediately put one in my new 2019 F150. Having never taken apart a dashboard, I was a little concerned about installation, but with the video and $20 tool kit, it was an easy hour on a Saturday afternoon. Gonna use the same toolkit to install the same bracket in my bosses 2021 Expedition tomorrow.

This product is solid, sturdy and will definitely go to the grave with whatever vehicle its in.

  • Apparently this item is out of stock now, so I must have gotten the last one.
After installing it following the very detailed installation video I had some trouble getting it to work with my Android phone. But after some trying (and setting the audio to the “Aux” input) I got it to work.
I even have wireless Android Auto (my phone supports this).
The installation can be tricky, there is not much room behind the glove box. If you are not experienced you should get help.

  • I ordered the iPhone AUX kit for my son’s 2003 Honda Pilot. I utilized the video on Your Tube made by GTA that showed how to remove the factory stereo, install the GTA Kit and replace the factory stereo.
I connected the Aux Cable to an Android phone and 2nd Generation Ipod. The sound quality was clear.
GTA staff were polite and knowledgable. GTA staff answered all my questions and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.
    Thank you again.

  • Purchased this Carplay kit and am extremely happy with the ability to integrate Carplay to my 2012 Panny. The installation was pretty simple given the step-by-step instructions video. This installation uses specific tools so make sure you have a precision toolkit and a magnet. Fitting the unit under the dash was not pleasant, but I managed. Make sure you consider testing and placement before finishing the install and piecing everything back together. Some cons are some lagging of the unit (changing songs, etc.), syncing to the phone (when you get out of the car briefly and get back in, doesn’t reconnect very easily), and the mic isn’t good at all, so I have to use the car’s phone mic vs Carplay to make calls. The syncing problem I can get around by toggling wifi for the most part, or rebooting in the settings, but I really shouldn’t have to do this. Either way, I’m glad I purchased this unit and have Carplay in my vehicle. The GTA folks are very good and respond to any questions/issues very quickly. Would certainly recommend this company/product to anyone.
