Had a little problem with my kit with the SV cable or the circuitboard something not working right to give me like a green screen, but customer service work with me was able to get me a functioning kit on the second go after that it was simply plug-in play everything works as intended Unfortunately I guess I got one that was bugged, but they they quickly corrected that after I was talking back-and-forth through email person was real nice and understanding. I gave it four stars not five only because I got a faulty kit the first time around.

I just received and installed the Pure Bluetooth with AUX in my 07 TSX with Navi today. Installation is a little different than what is shown in the video. The difference is that there is something already plugged into the bottom of the head unit, and a Y-adapter is needed. The kit comes with that Y adapter. Everything else is the same.

It was far easier than I expected. And the sound quality is comparable to plugging into the factory AUX port of the car.

I don't love having the microphone on the A pillar. I had to adjust the positioning so that it clears the sun visor. I looked around and couldn't find a better location. Regardless, the phone quality is fine and makes up for the failing factory Bluetooth unit.

The product and delivery the delivery was held up by the US customs aside from that the product was great. The guys at GTA were awesome and helping me pick out my order.
The install and function of the unit install was extremely easy. I followed the video that they have on my box. I have an Audi S7 the box fit exactly where they showed in the video. I had one little hiccup on installation, which was my fault. I spoke with the tech. He walked me through it unplugged the unit plugged it back in and wall, Apple CarPlay. It works seamlessly in my in my automobile I couldn’t be happier I would strongly recommend this product to anybody

Very effective and easy to use kit for my 2018 Cayman S. Installation was done by myself. The video describes the process very well. When reinserting the radio, I was trying to push the large clip all the way back and down but was consistently have trouble sliding the radio back all of the way in. Eventually I tried pushing the wiring to the back but then left the large connected clip to rest more on the top of the original radio unit and it slid back much easier. Initially music audio was not coming through the Carplay but then I found a setting in the GTA Settings to turn off "Use Bluetooth original connection" (or something like that).

Easy to install physically. A litttle tinkering ( and luck?) for getting it set up in the engineering menu. Android Auto and Carplay now displays on the stock display. Works as advertised. I have some other questions that I'll ask the developers here. No complaints otherwise

I install your product in my 2014 Porsche Boxster S with Bose and Sirus. It's working great. Love it! Awesome Upgrade highly recommend.

This is a fantastic must have that I highly recommend. It is fairly straightforward to install, and it works great with my iPhone. Very quick connection, seamless and easy to use interface.

I had noticed that the Siri text preview playback for approval did not translate to the text sent to recipients. I saw this in the text thread translation in messages.

Also I often use iPhone videos to communicate quickly via text without typing ... including when driving. I found CarPlay was preventing the audio of the video recordings.

I supposed that toggling back to the Mercedes blue tooth video might reset the audio in my 2012 ML 350. From the GTA installation I used to install and program the GTA module, I understood toggling back and forth was a simple use of the BACK button.

Entering the Mercedes system I navigated to AUDIO and noted the BIG ISSUE OF AUX AUDIO OPTION SO EMPHATICALLY EMPHASIZED IN THE SINGLE PAGE GTA INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS ... and selected as i recall the Mercedes Blue Tooth setting.

THIS INCORRECT ADJUSTMENT lost my bluetooth audio altogether, thus I RESELECTED AUX ... YET THE AUDIO DID NOT RESTORE ... and while THE SCREEN WAS FULLY FUNCTIONAL, THERE WAS NO BLUETOOTH AUDIO. EVIDENTLY I ALSO HAD CHANGED THE AMP SETTING AS WELL while ATTEMPTING TO RESET THE MERCEDES SPEAKERS.

*** LEX ... an EXCEPTIONAL GTA TECH ... THROUGH BOTH EMAIL AND TELEPHONE CONSULTAITON WAS PATIENT WITH MY CLUMSY MANIPULATIONS AND GUIDED ME THROUGH THE REPROGRAMMING OF BOTH THE MERCEDES AND GTA SYSTEMS. I CANNOT RECOMMEND LEX AND GTA SUPPORT ENOUGH.

We achieved full success while I traveling 1000 miles from home during 2 roadside consultations. Lex kindly called knowing I was traveling and I pulled over on the side of the road, anxious to restore full GTA function. THE ISSUE OF INTERFERENCE OF TALKING ON IPHONE WHILE REPROGRAMING WAS OVERCOME IN THE 2ND CONSULTATION minutes later WHEN I WAS ABLE TO USE MY MAC WITH IPHONE HOTSPOT TO FREE UP THE IPHONE.

I waited a good many years for a compatible AIR PLAY MODULE. The early offerings were too large for in dash installation. I had considered installation of the larger modules elsewhere in the car. *AND GTA HAS COVERED ALL THE BASES WITH AN EXCELLENT CONVERSION ... AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT that is unfortunately a rare combination in these complicated digital times.

Kudos to GTA and sincere THANKS to Lex for his capable and patient assistance.
